I lost one fo the handles and an ankle strap, can I purchase them seperately?

Yes, just go to SHOP on our website and then you'll see those items under replacement parts.
One of my bands broke, how do I order another one?

Simply go to the SHOP page on our site and under replacement parts, you'll see the replacement bands. You might also consider purchasing the tool for threading the band through the sleeve.
Can I take the sleeve off - it needs to be washed?

Yes, you can. Just undo the Velcro at the end of the sleeve on each end, remove the carabiner from one end, and then pull the band through on the other end (with carabiner still attached). Throw the sleeve in the washing machine or wash it by hand with soap and warm water.
