Cleaning the sleeve or replacing an inner band on your PowerBox Bands is easy. Just watch the video and follow the simple steps below to keep your PowerBox bands in great condition.

Clean your PowerBox bands

STEP 1: undue the Velcro. which is attached to the sleeve, on both ends of the band

STEP 2: Remove one of the carabiners from one end of the inner band.

STEP 3: Grab the other carabiner (which is still attached to the inner band and slowly pull it through the sleeve until it is out of the sleeve.

STEP 4: Wash the sleeve with soap and warm water or throw it in the washing machine.

STEP 5: Insert the end of the band that does not have a carabiner attached into the sleeve and work it through the sleeve. (We have a tool you can purchase to make this easier)

STEP 6: Re-attach the carabiner and secure the Velcro on both ends - that's it!

Replace your PowerBox bands

STEP 1: undue the Velcro. which is attached to the sleeve, on both ends of the band

STEP 2: Pull both carabiners out of the sleeve (the band will be broken in two). Remove both carabiners from the broken band.

STEP 3: Attach ONE carabiner to one end of the new replacement band.

STEP 4: Insert the end of the band that does not have a carabiner attached into the sleeve and work it through the sleeve. (We have a tool you can purchase to make this easier)

STEP 5: Re-attach the carabiner and secure the Velcro on both ends - that's it!
